We've been pleasantly surprised when LG confirmed that one of its older flagships, the G5 is going to receive the Android 8.0 Oreo update at some point this year. Along with the G5, the South Korean company promised similar updates for the G6 and V20 smartphones.The LG G6 has already received the promised update and the V20 is expected to get it sometime in August, at least in North America.
